The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean, though they are on the smaller side. The hotel's location is lovely but slightly cold, with convenient nearby facilities, and a unique setting on top of the Bom Jesus. The dining experience could be improved, with average offerings and service not up to a 4-star standard. The facilities are decent but lack enrichment, while the service, including room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry, is efficient with room for enhancement.

The hotel offers nicely redecorated rooms with a view to the church, a comfortable large double bed, and a lovely view from the small balcony. The service includes room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry. The amazing location within the reserve of Bom Jesus is a highlight.
